Privacy policy

1. Who we are

This policy explains how Streatix handles personal data of visitors to streatix.com. For any question about your data, write to hello@streatix.com.

2. What we collect, and why

Free audit requests

When you submit the audit-request form, we collect your name, email, optional app URL, the AI tool you used, and any notes you include. We use this only to respond to your request and schedule the audit. We keep it for twelve months after the last contact, then delete it.

Newsletter (optional)

If you tick the newsletter checkbox, we additionally send your email to our email provider (Sender) to receive a monthly digest of patterns we find in AI-generated code. You can unsubscribe from any message we send. Once you unsubscribe, we stop sending and remove your email from the active list.

Server logs

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard access logs (IP address, request URL, timestamp, user agent) for security and abuse prevention. We do not link these logs to identified individuals.

What we don't collect

No analytics, no marketing trackers, no third-party advertising cookies. We do not sell or rent personal data.

3. Cookies

Streatix.com uses no cookies. There is no analytics or tracking script on the site.

4. Service providers

Third parties involved in running the site:

  • Cloudflare: hosting, DNS, CDN, and edge functions. Server logs and form submissions transit Cloudflare's network.
  • Sender (sender.net): transactional email and newsletter delivery. If you submit the audit form, your name and email are sent through Sender to reach our inbox.

Both have their own privacy policies covering what they do with the data that passes through them.

5. Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what data we hold about you
  • Correct it
  • Delete it
  • Stop sending you the newsletter

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our processing changes. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version.
